How To Order

There are several ways to order.
We have a large number of dealers and chassis builders that carry our products. We also have a toll-free number you can call us on at 1-800-722-4641. This works well to find out what your total delivered cost will be. Also it allows us to answer any questions you may have. While you are on the phone we can take your order and charge it to your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express).

We realize that your life is busy most of the time so we have developed an On-Line Store. This will work very well for almost all orders. However, ordering body parts can be very difficult, especially over the Internet. For this reason we think it is imperative for you to call us so that we can make absolutely sure that everything will arrive the way you want it.



Shipping

All orders are shipped the day we receive them!

Most items in our catalog can be shipped UPS, C.O.D. or pre-paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express).

UPS WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR C.O.D. SHIPMENTS. However, UPS will accept a certified check or money order. We will give you a guaranteed total so you can have a certified check or money order ready when your order arrives.

Complete body orders and a few larger items (roofs & hoods) must ship by truck (Roadway, Yellow, CCX, etc....). Freight costs range from $55.00---$135.00. Please call for a guaranteed freight quote. All truck orders must be pre-paid by credit card or by mailing a check or money order in advance.

At Performance Bodies we are proud to provide the best service available, anywhere!

That is why you see us advertise our Same Day Shipping so often. When we tell you that we provide Same Day Shipping, we mean your order will leave the same day we receive it, no matter the time the order is placed. 

The idea of Same Day Shipping does not mean we will ship your order within 24 hours, or that if we receive your order by a certain time in the day it will leave that day. To the dedicated staff at Performance Bodies Same Day Shipping means:  your order leaves the same day, so don't even give it a second thought.

We know how important racing is and feel by providing great service; our customer's have one leg up on the competition come race day!
UPS Transit Times

Returns Policies

We will not accept returns after 30 days.

We will not accept returns for special order parts or discontinued items.

All returned parts must be unused and unchanged from their original condition.

A copy of the original invoice must be included with your return.

          If you need to return a part, Please follow these steps:

Call 1-800-722-4641 to get a "Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#)".
Your can also contact our returns department via e-mail with the following information:
First and Last Name, Billing Zip Code, Day Time Phone Number and Part# (or description) you would like to return.

Write the RGA# on a copy of the original invoice and it put inside the box.
Repack the parts carefully in the original container to avoid damage.
Ship freight pre-paid to the shipping address below.
